Why do we do, what we do?
Well, turning ideas, especially those that push the boundaries of what’s conceivable, into products that disrupt industry; enable a new service; or enhance internal productivity, is challenging. We are driven by that challenge. Taking responsibility for our client’s products from initial idea through to volume production excites us. It‘s what we’re good at – and it frees our clients up to focus on their core business activities.
Original Equipment Design and Manufacture (OEDM) is the platform that underpins our approach to every new project.
This combination of design and manufacture ‘all under one roof’, has many advantages. Not least it means that designers are held to account by the team that’s making the product and the people making it can really understand what’s special about what they’re creating.
Collaborative development is the heart of what we do. Our relationship with our customers tends to be long term, totally engaged and end to end. We aim to have full, continuous and open communication between ourselves and the people we are working with, all the way through the process.
That said, there are some things we don’t share – for all the right reasons. The overarching benefit for our customer is that they retain ownership of any Intellectual Property (IP) that we create for them. This is their product and it always belongs to them, not to us.
Nor will we share any aspect of the work we’ve carried out with our customer with their competitors. We promise market exclusivity, so you can trust us with everything we need to know to get the product – your product – just right, being confident that we only have your best interests at heart.
