I manage major projects whilst lending support to the technical, sales and engineering teams.
Tharsus challenges the norms of how things are done. From initial concepts through to manufacturing and beyond, we often rewrite the rulebooks on what’s gone before to offer a truly unique finished product and support thereafter. I really love the variety and challenges presented by the exciting projects we get involved with. The people within Tharsus and the way in which we work is refreshing; of a high calibre; always professional, but never corporate, with real emphasis on reactivity and output.
After running my own business I moved into the world of engineering developing innovative uses for carbon fire composites in military and aerospace applications followed by a career in researching and subsequently seeking to commercialise cutting-edge technologies across a range of sectors. I studied Aeronautical Engineering at Imperial College, London and am a member of the Royal Aeronautical Society. I joined Tharsus is 2012 initially undertaking a challenging role convincing high profile customers to partner with us to develop and manufacture their products. I now project manage and lend technical & engineering support to major projects for Tharsus Vision.
Almost all of my spare time now is spent with my young family but I still like to keep up to date with Motorsport and anything involving science and engineering, particularly astronomy. I’ve become a bit of an eco warrior lately and took the plunge to buy a fully electric car for my commute to Tharsus every day.
