Design - For new products we use a number of Industrial Design partners to provide specialist aesthetic and ergonomic input.
Develop - Our engineers have been selected for their natural talent and understanding of the fundamental principles of engineering. This is then combined with extensive industrial experience enabling us to deliver clever product solutions.
New Product Introduction - The NPI process is when we establish manufacturing capabilities and implement the correct standard operations to ensure that we can reliably produce a quality product, on time and in a controlled manner.
Manufacture - Manufacturing is the core of our business, partnering with customers who can’t or don’t want to make their product themselves. We make products for a broad range of clients: from start-ups and spinouts that have the idea, route to market and funding, up to multi-national companies looking to outsource part or all of the manufacture of new or existing product. We specialise in the batch production of electro-mechanical products, with the versatility to handle from 50 to 5000 units a year.
Deliver - We will always establish the best delivery method and fully integrate our logistics solution to ensure it meets all the needs of the end customer.
Install & Maintain - Established relationships with national site service businesses enable us to organise product installation and maintenance services on our customers’ behalf.
