Andrew Avery - Project Manager
Project managing at Tharsus is the perfect culmination of the many skills I've acquired along my career path. I enjoyed my 17 years in CAD design and manufacturing in the sheet metal industry and it's great to put it all together. I value the role I have in helping customers maximize their products' appeal, minimize their cost and achieve a great end result.

Andrew Bowman - Accounts
Working in accounts is a pretty responsible position and one I enjoy. We may not be the most exciting part of the company, but we're an important part in the engine.

Craig Coppen - Welding and Quality Engineer
Quality is key, and `I get a real buzz out working to the highest standards possible. All of our procedures meet or exceed the industry qualifications. I've worked in the company for 17 years and have seen it grow and improve over that time. I started on the shop floor, and applied my skills to many aspects of our manufacturing process. Now, I'm in a position to put the knowledge of all those processes together to ensure our customers the highest quality possible.

Craig Brown - Business Development
As a company, we strive to offer a level of capability and competence that our customers can trust. We offer them a comprehensive service to bring their new product through the design and prototype stage ready for manufacture and marketing.

Gary Baker - Purchasing
To offer the highest level of customer service, we need to maintain a reactive supply chain. I have to be certain that we have readily available materials which are of the highest quality. This allows us to offer the short lead times our clients demand.

James Heslop - CAD CAM Engineer
I enjoy the challenge of each piece of work that comes my way. I started as an apprentice here and worked on the shop floor, I have gained qualifications by working my way through college to achieve two Higher National Certificates in Welding and Fabrications and Electrical and Electronics.

Justin Perry - Material Control
My previous role as Warehouse Manager taught me the importance of systematic procedures. Developing efficient processes allows us to reduce lead time and provide a faster turnaround for the customer. Efficiency on our end leads to a better bottom line for our clients and us.

Laurence Coppitters - Office Manager
Prior to joining Tharsus, I worked as sales manager for EBAC bringing their watercooler products into international markets such as South Africa, Switzerland, France and Morocco. I have also worked within the automotive industry ''Kan Ban Service'' dealing with Uk, Polish and French customers.

Leigh Foulger - General Manager CQI
My main focus at Tharsus is on customer satisfaction. We work to tight delivery schedules and highly accurate manufactured components.
