New Product Introduction
NPI is when we establish process capabilities and implement the correct controls to ensure that we reliably produce a quality product, on time and in a controlled manner, and we agree how we can best integrate Tharsus and client processes to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfilment.
Tharsus’ core skill
We are primarily a product manufacturing service business, specialising in low to medium volume scheduled production along with ad-hoc batch production of electro-mechanical products. We will utilise a manufacturing cell to suit the needs of our clients, with the flexibility to meet future changes in demand.
