Synchronous delivery
By synchronising deliveries to match your build requirements we can ensure a lean delivery solution. We can supply complete vehicle kits of parts in bespoke packaging, or complete integrated sub systems. In supplying to match your build requirements it removes inbound labour requirements, in receiving, kitting and storage operations.

Supplier Management
We use an approved supplier network and ensure that project specific quality requirements are cascaded to all project contributors.
We can manage third party components for delivery as part of a kit, or for integration into deliverable sub systems or modules.
Kanban
Kanban systems can be implemented for product supply to maintain customer stock levels based on Lean supply. We utilise kanban in our supply chain to ensure correct product flow and optimisation of production processes.
