We have experience of supporting a wide range of programmes including vehicle production, UOR's, and spares.
We ensure that component quality is "built in" with product design input where possible to ensure best practise manufacture. Production and inspection jigs and fixtures are utilised to ensure robust quality and process capability. These systems and jigs are maintained post production to ensure repeatable spares and support parts.
Our personnel have over 20 years experience of working with Prime contractors, and our CQI business unit is focused on providing unique delivery solutions to suit project requirements.
Typical components being supplied include complex bracketry for storage and armaments, internal and external stowage solutions, light structural components, and integrated sub systems. These are supplied in a range of ferrous and non ferrous metals including armour.
We support the following vehicle programmes: Bulldog FV430, Challenger II, CRARRV, Panther, Tactica, Titan, Trojan and Warrior.
