Quality Assurance

We have operated an approved ISO 9000 quality assurance system since 1994, during this time our engineering processes have been continually refined and improved. We operate systems that comply with the stringent quality control requirements of MOD, Rail and Underground companies.

We have had our quality system audited and approved by companies such as BT, BAE and 3M.

Commitment to quality control

We operate a fully integrated quality control package which we use to handle system audits, calibration and quality data, along with any IPR's (Internal Problem Reports) or CCF's (Customer Complaint forms) which are raised, to ensure a swift and meaningful response.
