At the start of a new project we will carry out a design FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), this enables us to identify the critical features of a product, we then ensure that we focus on these areas of the design throughout the development process. The FMEA also helps establish a robust set of function and durability tests to prove your product is fit for purpose.
