The designers benefit from seeing the products they have designed being made so they can see what works and what does not, and learn the lessons for the next product.

For production, having direct access to the designers ensures that any issues are tackled immediately and fully resolved by someone who understands the product, the end result being a better quality product.

Working together on one site allows both teams to be more innovative and deliver a better product. 

From a customer perspective it also enables Tharsus to be a more responsive and agile partner, reacting quickly when a product needs to be updated, or a new market opportunity is identified.
