We were challenged to produce a better product and save our customer money. We met this goal and saved 20% but we also provided a fully managed installation service.
As well as developing new product lines we have even helped increase our customers sales volume by introducing Nettoyer to some of our contacts.

Stage 2

We were challenged by Nettoyer Media to both produce a product with better functionality and improved quality while reducing the cost of it by 20%. All of these objectives were achieved.
In order to demonstrate the appearance and a number of key features of our construction concept we produced a concept mule to present to Nettoyer, this improved the quality and speed of the decision making and proved to be a valuable step in the development process.
A strong emphasis was put on visual quality of the finished product so careful attention was paid to construction methods in order to improve process capability, by techniques such as minimizing the amount of welding on visible surfaces.
Stage 3

The FMEA study identified the key functional features so that process tolerances were clearly specified the other key attribute of the unit was visual impact so we provided detailed specification for the different paint surface grades and the dressing of visible welds.
Stage 4

We batch manufacture the metalwork in our Hebburn facility and hold stock in Blyth for final assembly, we manage an international supply chain with the automated pumps being supplied from China, allowing units to be built to order in a matter of days

We provide the coordination with the shopping mall owners to confirm unit quantities and locations, we then schedule deliveries to support the agreed installers work plan.

We compiled a comprehensive installation guide for Nettoyer, this then enabled us to obtain accurate quotations from a number of installers who we work with, and provide a full breakdown of costs, geographic coverage and capacities for each installer to Nettoyer. We manage the installations on behalf of Nettoyer.
