Stage 2

We were given a basic aesthetic model, which detailed the main exterior dimensions, an exterior finish specification along with key component specifications from this we developed a fully functional solution, considerations included cooling, dust sealing, maintenance access and ensuring it met relevant BS standards.
Stage 3

The project timescales were so tight (to meet a pre-Christmas installation target) that initially we declined the project as the time-line allowed little or no time for post prototype production preparation. However no challenge is too big for us and we were persuaded to take the project on and it was only through close work between the different elements of the Tharsus team that we were able to achieve a very short concept to delivery time frame.
Stage 4
CloseManufacture
The product was produced on a single batch basis with components being manufactured or sourced by Tharsus as well as free issued by our customer. The units went through what was in effect a four stage build process with mechanical assembly, electronic assembly and wiring followed by Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) prior to shipment.
