What you’ll do:

You’ll be leading and owning the delivery of “brilliant” solutions for commercially successful products interpreting customer requirements relating to electrical / electronic control systems within a product.

You’ll be diligent, yet creative with a product and process focus.

You’ll thrive when working collaboratively with our Solutions Architecture, Pilot Manufacturing and Project Management teams.

And… you’ll have the opportunity to communicate and present design ideas and solutions to customers, support the Pilot Manufacturing team and introduce products you have designed taking them into serial production.


We’d love you to have:

  • A Degree or equivalent in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
  • Experience with Autodesk suite of products, e.g. AoutCAD Electrical, is a preference
  • Knowledge of / experience with mathematical modelling packages e.g. PLECS, SPICE
  • Practical experience of leading the design and development of complete electrical/ electronic products and components
  • Experience in leading the design and development of medium (10 off) to high (100 off) volume products
  • Experience of operating in a diverse range of industries/sectors
